Monica completed her Master’s at the Royal Holloway University London in 2018, gaining a Distinction in International Television Industries. During this time, Monica was tutored by BAFTA Award Winner Mervyn Watson (Casualty) and former TV Producer John Ellis. The course covered both the business side, with programs such as Movie Magic Budgeting & Scheduling and the creative side with professional software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Audition, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop. Monica’s final project for her Master’s Degree was to create a short film using Sony PXW – FS7 equipment. She also used the Sony PMW – 100 as well as Canon DSLR devices.

Monica graduated from American School of Warsaw with an International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2013 becoming fluent in English, Swedish and Polish and attended a one-month course at New York Film Academy in Los Angeles including creative work at the Universal Studios Backlot.

Monica attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles as well as the Musicians Institute, where she completed a 1 year Associated Arts qualification. During this time Monica worked at Milk & Honey - an entertainment company in Los Angeles dealing with A&R and Marketing.

More recently, and prior to her Masters, Monica studied at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, majoring in Music Industry Business. gaining a first-class honours degree. Monica volunteered at events such as the AIM Conference: Music Connected, helping to set up events and the Radar Music Awards, where she interviewed the winners. At Music Gateway, she was acting assistant to the Head of Sync and Head of A&R, bringing ideas to widen Music Gateway’s achievements. Industry Link ACM allowed Monica to film, photograph and edit content which would later be used for social media promotion. Internships at Phonetic Recordings and Mustard Music gave Monica experience finding new artists to sign, contacting Music Supervisors and promoting upcoming tracks and albums.
